What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by writing to contact@truffleandtail.com. After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can always take advantage of our return policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an immediate confirmation email after purchase and a second email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship from European warehouses. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for Italy and 7–14 business days for the rest of Europe.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over €40. Below this threshold, the cost is €3.99.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.

What happens if the order doesn't arrive?

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, we guarantee a full refund or free reshipment — no exceptions.

Absolutely. All Truffle & Tail products are made from non-toxic materials, are BPA-free certified, and are safe for daily animal use.

Is The Truffle Nest also suitable for cats?

Yes, the cave bed is perfect for both dogs and cats up to 8 kg.

Does The Promenade support large dogs?

Yes, The Promenade stroller is designed for dogs up to 30 kg or two small dogs together.

Does The Calm Ritual really work for anxiety?

Which breeds can wear La Principessa?

The dress is designed for toy and small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, Maltese, Pomeranians, and similar. Check the measurements on the product page to find the right size.

Returns & Refunds

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from receipt to return the product. Write to contact@truffleandtail.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Is return shipping free?
