For the following product, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer: €19.99 + 20% of the order value.

Example: The Promenade €514.29 → €19.99 + €102.86 = €122.85

How to request a return

  1. Write to contact@truffleandtail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with complete instructions.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging.
  4. The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Conditions

  • The product must be in original, unused condition.
  • Damaged or used products are not refundable.
  • In case of a defective product or shipping error: return always free and immediate refund.
